Bekaert is the leading producer of galvanized and bezinal coated strand. We produce high carbon galvanized strand and operate the largest production facility of this type in the United States. At Bekaert we have the capacity, the experience and the attention to quality control that assures our products meet all engineering and customer standards.

Bekaert galvanized and Bezinal® coated strand is produced at our Van Buren, Arkansas and Surrey, British Columbia, Canada plants, which are registered to ISO 9002. Our Van Buren, Arkansas plant is also registered to TL 9000.
Bekaert strand is RUS accepted and produced to meet a variety of ASTM and customer standards including but not limited to: ASTM A-363, ASTM A-475, ASTM A-925, ASTM A-855, ASTM A-640, CAO7035 and CAN/CSA-G12. Bekaert’s strand is used daily by many power utilities, telecommunication companies, cable TV providers, DOT's, arborist, contractors, manufacturers and more. Bekaert strand has been thoroughly laboratory and field tested by Bell Communications Research.
